Dan Dunaisky

Managing Director

Dan is a founding team member of the Worldwide Staffing since its inception over twenty years ago and has vast expertise in many aspects of the staffing world. Prior to working in healthcare staffing, Dan spent eight years in the human services field where he worked directly with people in need by providing support and job coaching to the mentally and physically challenged, as well as outreach programs for children. As the Managing Director, Dan gets to utilize his skills to lead our team in partnering with both our facilities and employees, while keeping a focus on consistency of care during their time of need. This allows Dan to combine his passion and skillset for leading and helping others, while also exercising his passion for growing a business. Dan is a high energy individual with a positive outlook, a love for working with people, and drive to build quality relationships with those he works with.

Maria Scott-Smith

Customer Relationship Manager

Maria has been with Worldwide Staffing for over ten years as a scheduler, and currently as the Client Relationship Manger. She was born and raised in Westfield Massachusetts and currently resides there with her husband and three sons. She enjoys the beach, boating, and watching her boys play football and race BMX.

Janet Ruiz

Director of Business Development

Janet joined the Worldwide Staffing team in 2021. Janet has worked in the healthcare field for over a decade, and she says the finest aspect of her job is the long-term relationships she has formed. Janet enjoys spending her free time exploring the world with her daughters, and their dog.

Alex Pare

Scheduling Manager

Alex enjoys working with the most caring employees in the world, our clinicians. Outside of work, she loves beach trips and vacations to Cabo San Lucas with her husband and son and snuggling at home with her dog.

Jasmine Perales

Scheduling Coordinator

Jasmine has been part of the healthcare world as a scheduler for the past four years. Prior to embarking on the healthcare field, she was a preschool teacher and call center representative. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband, cheering her boys on in baseball, and cuddling with her dogs in front of the fireplace.

Stephannie Pobieglo

Senior Hiring Coordinator

Stephannie has been with Worldwide Staffing for over four years. She has two boys, two grandchildren and two rescue cats. She recently relocated to the sunshine state of Florida where she now soaks up the sun and enjoys beautiful sunsets.

Courtney Allen

Payroll Coordinator

Courtney has been with Worldwide Staffing for two years. She was born in Kansas City and now resides in Western, MA with her husband, two children, and puppy, Chase. She loves to travel and enjoys time with her friends and family.

Marisol has been in the staffing field for over fifteen years. Born and raised in Holyoke Massachusetts, she enjoys going to the beach with her husband and three kids.

Vijay was born and raised in New Delhi India and currently resides with parents, wife and two kids. He loves travelling hill station and enjoys trekking and camping with family and friends.

Jenna Jaroslow has thrived for ten years in the staffing industry and continues to have success in direct hire placements due to her dedication to developing strong relationships with her clients. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and hiking with her family in Maine.
